We want you to buy with confidence. If the software doesn't work for you, we'll give you your money back.

One-time purchases

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once refunded, the license is deactivated.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period already paid and won't be charged again.
• You can request a refund of the first payment within 14 days of subscribing.
• We don't give partial refunds for periods already started, unless the law requires it.

How to request one

Email [correo de contacto] with the address you used to buy or your order number. We process requests within 5 business days; the money goes back to the same payment method and may take a few more days to show, depending on your bank.
